This year’s conference theme: Capacity building

Capacity building is the process by which individuals and organisations maximise their overall impact by obtaining, retaining, and continually improving upon the resources at their disposal.
Whether it be creating a larger audience, designing a more impressive display, or having a greater impact within a community, capacity building allows museums and stakeholders to develop and thrive.
